Festive Crumble

The festive limited edition granola makes the most deliriously, delicious crumble topper, with crunchy walnuts and almonds, strawberries and cranberries - it’s a winner.

I can’t eat crumble without a granola topping now!

Recipe

  1. The filling - 6 apples - peel and dice (we like golden delicious), 1 pack of strawberries- quartered.

  2. Gently cook fruit in a pan with a sprinkling of brown sugar, until apples have softened.

  3. Pour and flatten mixture into a baking dish.

  4. The crumble - In a bowl add 150g of flour and about 100g of butter (cut into cubes). Rub gently between fingertips until it resembles moist breadcrumbs.

  5. Pour this crumb mixture onto your fruit and evenly spread.

  6. Then pour a packet of my festive granola on.

  7. Put into a preheated oven and bake for about 30mins or until golden.

  8. Enjoy with custard and ice cream or both.
